Structural materials and operating restrictions for PP filter elements
High efficiency filtration: the fiber diameter of the continuous molten jet filter is very fine, generally 5~30 microns. Such fibers are intertwined with each other, and the aperture formed is less than 40 microns.
However, the porosity is very high, generally greater than or equal to 80%, thus effectively ensuring the filtration accuracy and flow rate.

Operating restrictions of PP filter element:
Maximum forward pressure drop: 60psi(4.14bar) at 21℃
Maximum reverse pressure drop: 30psi(2.07bar) at 21℃
Maximum operating temperature: 82℃ hot water, 0.69bar.
