Water Treatment Solutions

For producing high-purity water, a multi-stage filtration system is employed. This includes pre-RO filters, ventilation filters for water tanks, pre-filters to prevent contaminants, activated carbon, and ion exchange resin beds, followed by final membrane filtration to ensure the highest water quality.

Essential in protecting boilers, steam generators, reactors, and turbines from corrosion, specialized filters are used. These include deep-wound cartridge filters for demineralizers, self-cleaning pleated filters for pre-filtration, and high-flow filters to safeguard the deep bed layers, ensuring long-lasting system performance.

This system focuses on removing impurities and harmful substances from residential and commercial drinking water to ensure safety. A 5-micron deep filter is used to capture sand, sediments, and particulate matter, while ultra-filtration membranes or RO membranes are protected. High-end sintered carbon filters effectively adsorb residual chlorine, lead, heavy metals, and improve taste and odor.

Microfiltration serves as an essential pre-treatment for reverse osmosis in seawater desalination, removing impurities, reducing chlorine levels, and protecting the RO membranes to prolong their service life. Additionally, absolute-rated pleated filters are widely used in various end-stage filtration applications, providing efficient, safe, and reliable filtration.

Wastewater must be treated to be safely recycled, reused, or discharged into surface water or municipal sewage systems. Deep filters are used to remove solid contaminants, dyes, chemicals, heavy metals, and organic matter, ensuring treated water meets regulatory standards for disposal or reuse.

Given that reverse osmosis membranes have a pore size of just 0.0001 microns and are expensive, there is no straightforward method for removing particles entering the RO membrane. Therefore, pre-filters like deep filters and pleated cartridges are used as a highly effective solution to protect the RO membranes and extend their lifespan.
