1. Diameter of filtered medium particles; The precision of the wire wound filter element is 1-100 microns. We should choose the appropriate precision according to the filtered medium. If the fine precision is used to filter dirty water, the service life of the filter element will be greatly reduced. Therefore, we must clearly know the diameter of the particles in the filtered medium, so as to reasonably select the filtration precision.
2. Acidity and alkalinity of filter medium; There are three kinds of raw materials for wire wound filter element; PP, absorbent cotton and glass fiber. PP is commonly used in water treatment, mainly to filter neutral or weak acid and alkaline liquids. Absorbent cotton and glass fiber can filter strong acid and strong alkali.
3. Temperature of filter medium; The framework of wire wound filter element includes PP and stainless steel, and the raw materials are also introduced above. The temperature resistance of PP framework and PP raw materials is low, and the temperature resistance of stainless steel framework, absorbent cotton and glass fiber is high
4. Pressure of filter medium; This is related to the framework of the filter element. PP framework has low pressure resistance and stainless steel framework has high pressure resistance. It needs to be pressurized when the pressure is low and depressurized when the pressure is high. Reasonable selection of framework can also deal with it.
