The wound filter element with internal dense and external sparse structure can produce depth effect on deep filter material, effectively improve filtration efficiency and intercept more dirty particles.
The filtering accuracy of wound filter material is determined by the thickness of conductor and winding density. The finer the wire, the closer it can be connected, the smaller the pore, and the higher the precision; Similarly, the denser the wire structure, the higher the filtration accuracy. However, in the filtration process, the filter material must be able to maintain its specific structure and pore size.
