Protection method and strategy of large flow filter element:
1. First check the O-ring, then seal the cleaned filter element and place it flat in the sealing groove;
2. Wet the O-ring with process liquid;
3. Remove the packing bag, cover the head, and tighten the lifting ring compression bolt;
4. Open the vent valve on the top of the shell;
5. Open the inlet valve a little, let the liquid enter the shell until the liquid flows out of the vent valve, and close the vent valve;
6. Gradually open the outlet valve, and then slowly open the inlet valve effectively;
7. Flush the filter element with flow for 5 ~ 10 minutes;
8. The filter element shall not be subjected to the impact of large flow, nor shall it be subjected to heavy pressure in the opposite direction.
