1. Forming and structural characteristics of wire-wound filter cartridge

To make a wire-wound filter cartridge, a special roving yarn with villi is cross-wound on the porous skeleton and wound layer by layer to the desired diameter.

The roving is crisscrossed over the frame to form a filtration layer with thousands of diamond holes.

The rhomboid hole on the filter layer near the skeleton on the filter cartridge is small, the further out, the larger the rhomboid hole, the largest rhomboid hole in the outermost layer, the rhomboid hole through the formation of a channel.

In order to increase the flow of the liquid in the cartridge, the diamond hole channel bend scattering shaped, but the layers of the diamond hole still are interlinked, bending the diamond hole channel, is equivalent to increase the filter filter layer thickness, UM proves the filtering effect, that is of deep filter cartridge (as shown in figure 1, the parameters of the yarn in a coil, filter in internal formed by the table to bend, from large to small diamond filter channel).

The size of the rhombic hole in the innermost layer of the filter is the key to determine the accuracy of the filter. The smaller the rhombic hole, the higher the accuracy of the filter.

The larger the diamond hole, the lower the precision of the filter cartridge.

Normally, the accuracy of 8 channels is 100 UM , 15 channels is 20 UM  and 19 channels is 10 UM .
